A purchased item didn’t arrive

Close the App completely and open it again. The Starter Pack, No Ads, and VIP can also be received with “Restore purchases” in the settings screen (the gear at the top right of the home screen).

I changed devices or reinstalled the App

The Starter Pack, No Ads, and VIP come back when you tap “Restore purchases” with the same Apple Account. Coins, gems, weapons, and stage progress are stored on your device, so they cannot be recovered after deleting the App or changing devices.

I want to cancel VIP (monthly)

Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

I want to change ad tracking settings

Change it in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

I want my data deleted
