Zombie & Gun Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the smartphone game “Zombie & Gun” (the “App”) provided by GALL (the “Operator”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Using the App

The App is free to play. Some items and services can be purchased through in-app purchases.

2. Paid items and services

Payments for in-app purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store terms.
Purchased items such as gems and coins can be used only within the App. They cannot be exchanged for cash or for points in other services.
Except where required by law, purchases cannot be refunded or canceled.
VIP (monthly) renews automatically. To stop renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device.
As a rule, items lost due to device failure, deleting the App, or similar causes cannot be compensated. One-time products (such as No Ads) and VIP can be restored with “Restore purchases” in the settings screen.

3. Prohibited conduct

When using the App, the following are prohibited:

Tampering with or reverse-engineering the App or its servers, or using unauthorized tools
Deliberately exploiting bugs, or obtaining rewards or items by illegitimate means
Buying or selling App data or items
Any conduct that violates laws or public order and morals, or causes damage to the Operator or third parties

If prohibited conduct occurs, the Operator may restrict use without notice.

4. Changes, suspension, and termination

The Operator may change the content of the App, or suspend or end its provision. If the App is ended, we will announce it in advance in the App or on the Operator’s website and handle it in accordance with the law.

5. Disclaimer

The Operator does not guarantee that the App is free of bugs or works on every device. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the Operator, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may change these Terms as needed. The revised Terms take effect when posted in the App or on this page.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over the Operator’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
