Hero & Zombies — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the game "Hero & Zombies" (the "App") provided by GALL (the "Operator"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If these Terms and the Japanese version differ, the Japanese version prevails.

Article 1 (Accounts)

The App identifies users with an anonymous identifier issued per device. Your game progress may be lost if you change devices, delete the App, or erase its data. One-time paid items can be recovered with "Restore purchases" in Settings or the store.

Article 2 (Paid Items)

1. Gems, packs, passes and permanent items sold in the App ("Paid Items") are purchased through the methods provided by Apple or Google.
2. Except as required by law, Paid Items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted to cash after purchase.
3. Gems can be used only within the App and do not expire. However, they can no longer be used once the App is discontinued.
4. Gacha rates can be checked with "Rates" on the gacha screen.
5. Minors should obtain a parent's or guardian's consent before making purchases.

Article 3 (Ads)

The App contains ads that users choose to watch (rewarded video ads). Ad content is decided by ad networks, and the Operator is not responsible for the advertised products or services.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

• Tampering with the App or its servers, using unauthorized programs, or manipulating the ranking
• Registering names that may offend other users
• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate

If prohibited conduct occurs, the Operator may, without prior notice, delete records, remove you from the ranking, or take other measures.

Article 5 (Changes and Discontinuation)

The Operator may change the contents of the App or discontinue it after giving prior notice.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Operator does not guarantee that the App is free of defects. If you suffer damage from using the App, except in cases of the Operator's intent or gross negligence, the Operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the App in the month the damage occurred.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)

The Operator may change these Terms as needed. Changed Terms take effect when posted in the App or on the Operator's website.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over the Operator's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes concerning the App.
