Hero & Zombies — Privacy Policy

GALL (the "Operator") handles information about users of the game "Hero & Zombies" (the "App") as follows. If this policy and the Japanese version differ, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Information We Collect

Information	Details
Anonymous identifier	An ID issued per device. We do not collect your name or email address.
Play records	App launches, the start and end of each life (distance, time, kills), boss kills, gacha pulls, login bonuses, ad views, products purchased and their prices, and similar.
Ranking name	Only if you set one. It is shown to other users in the ranking.
Save data	Your game progress (past lives, gear, epitaphs, currencies, etc.).
Purchase records	Products purchased, the time, and the transaction ID. Used to restore purchases and prevent fraud.
Advertising identifier (IDFA / Android advertising ID)	On iOS, collected by ad networks only if you choose "Allow" when asked to allow tracking.
Device information	OS, device model, app version, display language, etc. (including information collected by ad networks).

2. How We Use It

• To provide the game, store save data, and show the ranking
• To deliver paid items and restore purchases
• To prevent cheating (such as checking play records)
• To analyze and improve the game (statistics such as retention and sales)
• To deliver ads and measure their effectiveness
• To respond to inquiries

3. Notifications

The App's notifications (idle earnings and login bonus reminders) are scheduled on your device, and no information is sent outside the device for them. You can turn them off in your device settings or in the App's settings.

4. External Services

The App uses the following services. Each handles information according to its own privacy policy.

• Supabase (data storage, Tokyo region)
• Google AdMob (ad delivery; Google may handle information outside Japan, such as in the United States)
• RevenueCat (purchase records and restoration; RevenueCat handles information in the United States)
• Apple (payments on the App Store) and Google (payments on Google Play)

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide personally identifiable information to third parties without your consent. We may publish statistical information that does not identify individuals.

6. Deleting Your Information

To request deletion of your records, contact us at the address below with the ID shown in the Settings screen.

7. Minors

Minors should obtain a parent's or guardian's consent before using the App.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will announce it in the App or on the Operator's website.
