These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using FitLevel (the "App"). Please read them before using the App.
The App logs strength-training workouts, suggests target weights for your next session, shows strength ranks, and schedules reminders. Suggested weights and reps are calculated mechanically from the logs you enter. They are guidance, not medical or professional advice.
If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have any other concern, consult a doctor or a qualified professional before training. The operator is not liable for accidents or injuries during training. Keep weights within a range that is safe for you.
The App is for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Workout logs, bodyweight, sex, nickname, and onboarding answers are stored on your device. They are not sent to the operator's servers. Deleting the App deletes your logs, and they cannot be recovered.
The App's features are provided through an auto-renewing subscription ("Premium") with a free trial. Prices, billing periods, trial length, and other purchase terms are as shown on the App Store purchase screen, which prevails.
When the free trial ends, the selected plan is charged to your Apple ID unless you cancel, and it renews automatically after that. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
If you are under 18, obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before purchasing. Restoring purchases is limited to products Apple treats as restorable.
You must not break the law, infringe the rights of others, reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App, abuse the purchase process, or do anything else the operator reasonably considers inappropriate.
In Friends, there is no tolerance for offensive, discriminatory or sexual nicknames, harassment, or impersonation. The operator reviews reports and resets nicknames or suspends accounts that break these rules. You can block or report anyone at any time.
The operator may change or suspend all or part of the App for maintenance, outages, security, legal requirements, or changes to third-party services. Important changes will be announced in the App or by other reasonable means.
Suggestions and ranks in the App can contain errors. Check them with your own judgment and train safely.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
The operator may update these Terms when necessary. Important changes will be announced in the App or by other appropriate means.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless the law provides otherwise, the Japanese court with jurisdiction over the operator's location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the App.
